About Us

  • Welcome to the sisterhood of Alpha Sigma Pi,

located at the University of Redlands. We were established on December 5th, 1914. Our motto is "Not For Ourselves Alone." Our goal is to support our sisters to develop into the women we know each and every one of us is capable of becoming. Sigma includes many women with wonderfully varying personalities that provides us the opportunity to make life-long connections with individuals who each have a different story to tell.

We pride ourselves on friendship and honor, while excelling academically and partaking in continuous community service. We have active members who are involved in the greater community on campus, which include being part of multiple honor societies, tutoring services, child centered mentoring organizations, athletics, residence life, and study abroad programs. The women of Sigma understand that being a part of this sisterhood includes taking pride in yourself and what each of us are capable of accomplishing. We are dedicated to our peers and community.

Sigma provides a lasting support system that withstands years after one graduates. Our alumnae are connected to each other and to the current active sisters. They support the active circle through strong guidance, donations, and volunteering their time and expertise. The women of Sigma hold a connection that never would have formed without our taking part in the experience of this unique sisterhood.
